On behalf of our client, a growing Forex company based in Limassol, we are looking for a Co-Head of HR. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and the ability to manage a team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the entire employee cycle from hiring to exiting.

  • Updating employment contracts and drafting amendments.

  • Assisting in the payroll preparation.

  • Responsible for the orientation, training and development of employees.

  • Monitoring the Leave/Absence of employees.

  • Reward management.

  • Maintaining HR records and ensure are in compliance to CySEC requirements.

  • Responsible for employee recruitment and selection process.

  • Drafting job descriptions from scratch.

  • Addressing personnel related issues.

  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintaining and updating company’s Employee Handbook and Organizational Chart.

  • Creating, updating and implementing HR policies.

  • Handling employees’ visa procedures with migration department.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or other relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English verbal and written is a must.

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

  • Computer skills and social media experience.

  • Able to use initiative, prioritize and work independently.
