Personal Information is held and used by us for the following purposes:

- For matching your coded details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding you the position that suits you the most;
- For keeping you informed of THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS services, news and wider developments in your chosen field.
- For business purposes, such as data analysis, audits and improving our services.

The information provided to us may be shared within InvestCor Group of Companies where necessary in order to provide you with our recruitment services. THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS may also share your personal information with third parties as appropriate.

You are given the option to send or submit your CV in order to either apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored to our database. This database, including the information relating to you, can be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working in other offices of the InvestCor Corporate group, both inside and outside the Republic of Cyprus.
Aggregate Information about THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS online visitors
We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website and all of the InvestCor Corporate websites worldwide, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users.
