In particular, the Company is registered as a Data Controller with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection will collect, process, maintain, store, use and handle your personal information in accordance with the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual) Law of 138(1) 2001 as amended from time to time (the “Law”) this Privacy Policy.

“Personally identifiable information” (or “Personal Information”) means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify, contact or locate any employee, representative and third party associated with the Client (collectively referred as “User”).

Personal Information, includes but is not limited to your first and last name, date of birth, contact information (telephone number and e-mail address), your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, your skills, reference information, background information, other information contained in your resume, or any login ID or email address and password created by you.

Personal Information is held and used by us for the following purposes:

  • To register you with our website;
  • For matching your coded details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding you the position that suits you the most;
  • For keeping you informed of THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS services, news and wider developments in your chosen field.
  • For business purposes, such as data analysis, audits and improving our services.

Disclosure of your information

The information provided to us may be shared within InvestCor Group of Companies where necessary in order to provide you with our recruitment services. THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS may also share your personal information with third parties as appropriate.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information/data without notice to regulatory or law enforcement authorities or government bodies either in Cyprus and other countries as may be required by law from time to time.

We further reserve the right to disclose your personal information/data without notice when it is in the Company’s reasonable belief and good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  1. To protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with judicial proceeding proceedings and/or court order;
  2. Avoid potential fraud;

We also reserve the right to disclose the information we have collected about you to our professional advisors and to other persons to the extent that THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS contracts out any aspect of the operation of its recruitment agency services.  These third parties will be acting under similar undertakings of confidentiality as THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS.

To subscribe to our job alerts email, you will be required to provide your email address, which will be used for the purposes of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs via job alerts.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

You are given the option to send or submit your CV in order to either apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored to our database. This database, including the information relating to you, can be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working in other offices of the InvestCor Corporate group, both inside and outside the Republic of Cyprus.

Aggregate Information about THRIVE HR SOLUTIONS online visitors

We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website and all of the InvestCor Corporate websites worldwide, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users.  This information will not be capable of being linked to any personally identifying information about users.
